Pattern - Daisy Bunting


This Daisy Bunting is quick and easy and you will be able to whip yourself up a a set ready for Spring in no time!

Pattern in UK Terminology. 

Hook - 3.5mm 





Yarn
4 ply Cotton in colours of your choice. For the bunting in these pictures I used Scheepjes Catona in Primrose (522) for the centre, Tulip (222), Chrystaline (385), Sky Blue (510), Lavender (520) and Vintage Peach (414) for the petals, joined with Snow White (106)

Flower

With chosen colour for centre, make a magic ring

Round 1 (RS) - Ch2 (does not count as st throughout), 10htr in ring, join with ss to top of first htr (10 sts)

Fasten off and join chosen petal colour to any st 

Round 2 (RS) - Ch2, (1tr, 1dtr) in same st, (1dtr, 1tr, ch2, ss) in next st, ss in next st, rep from * 4 more times with last ss in first st worked (20 sts)

Fasten off and weave in ends

Make as many as required. I made 15 in total, 3 of each colour. 

Making Up

With Snow White, ch30, 1dctog over the 2 dtr s sts at the petal tip. ch15, join to next flower with same method. Continue until all flowers are joined, ch30

Fasten off.

And we are done!
